KALM Method of Decorative Technology
Adding embellishments can dramatically change the appearance of a product! Let us introduce our 3D decoration technology.
The "KALM method" is our three-dimensional decoration technique that involves wrapping decorative film around molded products or transferring patterns printed on the film. It includes new materials such as carbon fiber patterns, high-end furniture wood grain, washi paper patterns, leather textures, fabric textures, as well as holograms and hairline patterns. Additionally, it is possible to apply unique printed patterns to the film through gravure printing and other methods. Whether you want to add an extra touch to your current design or completely change the visual image, we are here to support you. 【Features】 ■ Capable of transferring to three-dimensional shapes, deep draws, and undercut areas ■ Enhances the functionality of the base material through the covering and transfer of functional surface materials ■ Compared to conventional decoration methods, it has higher adhesion, making previous and subsequent processes generally unnecessary ■ Leads to cost reduction *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
